1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume seasons or product launches,
processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has
shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for
tracking information to update.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. CNB Family
Farm LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist where possible.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items, such as handmade soaps, may not be eligible for shipment to all locations due to
regional regulations. We will contact you if an order cannot be shipped.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging
and product. We will replace the damaged item or provide a refund.
