REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original
condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds
are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will
replace the item or issue a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, handmade soaps and bath products cannot be returned unless they
arrive damaged or incorrect.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
(defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
